The brave little rocket and the lazy satellites – Race to the Moon

leave a comment »

Short story by a certain four-year old who shall remain nameless until she wins her Booker.

There was a very clever rocket. There were a lot of foolish satellites in school with the rocket.  They were very jealous of the brave and clever rocket. They decided to hold a competition.  Whoever goes to the moon first wins the prize.

When the race began, the rocket zoomes straight up to the moon.  The satellites rested, ate, slept and played on their way to the moon.  The rocket went straight to the moon without distractions.

The brave rocket reached the moon first. The lazy satellites did not reach the moon.
